Happy Monday everyone!! Hopefully you all were warm and cozy for the storm this weekend, if it was in your area!! I have to admit – it’s nice being forced to relax when you just can’t go outside!! Here’s a few snaps from our weekend…
Made sure to kick of the weekend with bubbly & candy – Ferrero Rocher is my absolute favorite!
Before the snow made it’s way to Boston, I ventured to Target and did some damage buying lots of dry foods for our trip, but also made sure to check out the dollar spot – get’s me every time!
We watched The Martian on Friday night and I was seriously impressed – I usually don’t like those types of movies. We also decided to give Orange Is The New Black again and we are totally hooked! Thankfully we can binge on all 3 seasons!
Sunday was all about getting outside and soaking up the sun…even though it was still pretty cold! First stop was brunch atJoe’s on Newbury Street. They revamped their menu a few months back and their barbecue steak flat bread was incredible!! Did a little shopping and picked upthese earmuffsfromScoop NYC– they were an extra 60% off so I couldn’t pass it up!On FridayI mentioned that I wanted to pick up someclear coffee mugsso I decided to put my William Sonoma gift card to use and scoop them up along with anew cookbook!
I did a lot of prepping for our trip this weekend and decided to do my best at packing smart!! I’ve got four different lists…not including the ones online! Trying to split it out between India, Dubai, General & then the day by day of what I’ll need! Just litke that it was time to wrap up and get ready for Monday! Crazy nights over here I tell ya!

I also forced myself get outside on Sunday so I didn't go stir crazy! Ended up walking to whole foods and they didn't have anything since they couldn't get deliveries. They store was bare! Loving those earmuffs.. Had no idea Scoop was still around. It's been forever since I heard someone mention that store!

Matt Damon is one of my favorites…so glad you enjoyed The Martian! I am a bit jealous you guys got snow. Seeing everyone's pictures made me wish we were getting a little something, too. The temps were in the 50s yesterday! Just so crazy!
We Loved the Martian and I was surprised to that I liked it so much. Your earmuffs are so cute and I am extremely jealous of the snow, my husband and I were probably one of the few that were begging for it, lol. Bet you're getting so excited for your trip!! Happy Monday my gorgeous friend!!

Glad you guys stayed safe and warm during the storm, and you already know I'm obsessing over those bubbly champagne flutes! And yay for giving OITNB another try, I binged on the first two seasons, and then season three was slow at first. Once I gave it another chance, I was so glad I did. Counting down to season 4! What a fabulous weekend!!! I haven't seen The Martian yet but I did the audiobook. Isn't it fantastic?? I have that cookbook!!! I just reviewed it a week or two ago. I love all the little life snippets and tips that she gives on top of all the fabulous recipes. You will have to let me know what you tried and what you thought since there are so many in there! I sort of wish we got more snow so that I didn't have to work at all this weekend. Sadly, mother nature had other plans. Nothing like staying home during a snow storm. Great time just sitting and relaxing. Good luck on the packing, looks like you have a great handle on it already.

Did you get much snow? I know some friends I have in VA were completely snowed in.
Packing has to be tough, I'm always making lists of what we need and what we don't need, what we may need, if this happened etc. But you're traveling across the country to another country, that's a lot tougher in case you forget something only native to here.

We are binge watching Sons of Anarchy and currently on season 5 of 7 and its so addicting and definitely has lead to some late nights. Love your Winter wonderland shots, Boston is such a beautiful city for sure!
