Happy Monday lovelies!!! This whole weekend meshed with the rest of the week and I was only in the office on Thursday, which makes a girl who loves her routine go crazy. Lucky (or unlucky for us- depending on how you look at it) the hubs and I both had to work from home on Friday due to freezing temperatures and the snowstorm that hit the majority of the country. I have never and I mean never been so layered up in my entire life when going outside. The weather channel said it was 3 degrees but felt like -15…I’m still stunned I survived! Side Note: you know you live in New England when you can spend a paragraph talking about weather!! sorry….After 24+ hours of being in the house we had to venture out to sushi and a movie.
If there are any movies out there that you are contemplating seeing…I highly highly suggest Wolf of Wall Street. It’s not for the faint of heart, however Leo DiCaprio gives the performance of his life (you’ll understand the scene I’m talking about) and deserves every industry award out there!!
The rest of the weekend was spent enjoying homemade pancakes, a little fondue double date and sledding. All in all it was a really great and relaxing weekend, but I am oh so ready to get back to the gym, routine and dare I say it…work!!
Here are a few pics from the weekend!
Let’s talk The Bachelor ladies!! I’m not sure how many of you out there are fans of the show, but I have been a fan since the start (which if I can be honest I was WAYYYYY to young to watch when it first came out). Really hoping that Juan Pablo is able to spice this show up a bit and finally get us all a little more interested!! I watched the introduction last night and this the way he interacts with his family is amazing and his dad’s pep talk was too sweet! Let me know if you ladies watch and we can dish!!
As always, thank you so much for reading and hope you have a great start to your week!
