Did this week go by super slow to anyone else? I was one day ahead every morning and it really threw me off thinking Tuesday was Wednesday and so on, but the bright side, today is Friday!! So let’s get right to sharing my favorites with Amanda and the crew!

Monday night I attended my first Flywheel Sports class. To sum it up in a few words – most intense workout ever!! I consider myself to be rather fit, but I was pretty much proved wrong after just 10 minutes into the class!! It was amazing, I sweat more than ever and I can’t wait to try another class. Since classes are rather expensive I’m going to be checking out a Velocity because they also offer a free first class and a three class pass for $25. So in short – LOVED it and will be doing it again!

How absolutely delicious does this Winter Apple Pear + Cranberry Sangria sound?! I have a new found appreciation for cranberries after making fresh sauce for Thanksgiving and now want to use them all the time!

So much goodness in this post! Glad to hear you enjoyed your cycling class – I'm dying to find somewhere around here where I can try one out. Cameron Diaz's look is perfect for this time of year, and you're right – anybody could easily pull together that look with pieces they already own. I was in Kohl's yesterday and checked out those leggings – they are super thick and actually have a gray lining on the inside! They weren't on sale enough for me to pull the trigger, but I'm sure I will soon enough. 🙂 Have a great weekend, love! xo

Omg yes to spin and sweating your ass off – literally. You'll notice it gets a little easier to stay standing up after you've done it consistently for a month or so. Glad you like it! Great giveaway too. Have a great weekend lady!

hi! long time no chat (my fault!) ! question about the cycling class. is that picture actually from the workout place you go to? whats with all the sneakers on the bottom? are they special ones for cycling? and then that prompts my NEXT question, are they shared, like you share bowling shoes?!?!?!? that sangria looks really good and i have a christmas cookie exchange coming up this week that i'm hosting that would be perfect for! and you are not the only one thinking its a long week. i swear, every morning this week walking into my closet picking out clothes for work was not only torturous but felt like i was in a repeat as if i was in groundhog day movie!

Good for you for doing the flywheel class! I haven't tried it, mainly because I already sweat way more than the average person and I'm not sure there are enough towels in the world to save me in a spin class! That sangria looks YUM!
Good job on making it through the class. Its always good to switch up & learn something new. Your body gets more benefits of all the different styles.

I am literally watching Matt on the voice right now – he's amazing! And I recently tried FlyBarre (I didn't like it as much as Pure Barre but I'm biased :)) I have yet to try flybarre but I tried spin for the first time this year and it was SO hard so I feel your pain!
