Happy Monday friends! Despite the sunshine this weekend, Boston missed the Spring memo…it’s currently snowing!! We’ll call this a fluke and hope for some warmer temps soon, but we didn’t let the funky weather stop us from having a great weekend! Here’s what we got up to…
Not to keep talking about the weather, but on Friday night we went through a range of seasons all within 5 minutes!! At least we were fortunate enough to see a gorgeous sunset!
It was also the last night of Dine Out Boston – our version of Restaurant Week. Along with some friends, we ventured to Post 390. What I love most about Post 390 is that you can actually have two different experiences there – the downstairs “tavern” is more relaxed with a great sharing menu.
While upstairs in the “dining room” you can have a different experience with “fancier” food if you will! I wasn’t starving, so I opted for their handmade arugula ravioli with a mushroom pesto & it was insanely delicious!
The rest of the weekend looked something like this…
An early morning pure barre class! I’m trying my first Platform class on Friday and I can’t wait! Still loving my S’well bottle π
Did a little shopping…since I was able to tackle this…
The closet clean out happened! Two bags for donation and a slew of other pieces to sell! (this is just one side of the closet!) You may or may not have seen (on snapchat @blovedboston) the Express dresses I’ve had for close to 10 years that finally got donated!
Indulged in a much needed manicure
The picture of us doing our taxes isn’t nearly as fun as what I spent Sunday afternoon doing! Which was brainstorming a fun pop-up event for late Spring with Valerie from VS Photography! Stay tuned for a great B~Inspired profile on Valerie in April!

I was in Charlotte this weekend where it was warm and snowy and got back to DC Saturday night to snow flurries and below freezing temps but I think a spring manicure might be in order to cheer me up! Looks like a great weekend in spite of the cold! I'm glad I went away or I probably would have stayed curled up on the couch all weekend!
Platform is such a great workout! I definitely sweat when I take it. LOVE your cute hat!

Yeah love seeing Pure Barre make an appearance! Platform is so fun I finally just got to take a class, sweaty for sure! I was the happiest girl when my tax folder was sent to my accountant, wrangling up all of that was not fun. I need to switch over my closet and it will be donation time again, it's so hard to let go of some pieces right?

It actually snowed just a little bit where I live in Alabama! Not enough to stick or anything and it might have lasted a couple of minutes, but you know everyone freaked out about it haha! Love your spring mani, girl! Mine is hot pink–I was tired of dark colors and wanted something bright and fun!

I seriously can't handle the weather this weekend! One minute it's super hot and then it's super cold all over again! It was definitely an interesting way to start off Spring! Post 390 sounds like a great spot for dinner and your meal looks amazing! I will keep that place in mind for when I finally make it to Boston. A clean out is always necessary from time to time especially with the smaller spaces you get from living in the city. Loving your Saturday look!
