Happy Wednesday friends! Thank you so much for your kind words on my Baby Shower post! I wish blogger would fix the email issue, but I know as soon as I change the comments to Disqus it will update, so I’m waiting it out…at least for another week or so! With it being the last week of June, I wanted to share some happenings of life lately that I haven’t posted yet!
The weather we have been getting has been incredible – it’s starting to warm up nicely without being oppressive!
My cousins from Florida & New Jersey were in town to help celebrate my baby shower. It was so fun hanging out and showing them around the city. Brunches, dinners & lots of time spent laughing and reminiscing.
Gary & I completed our infant care training class – the picture was taken prior to the class starting and prior to seeing real life videos – they should really warn you they’ll be showing you! We really had 3 classes in one day – birthing class, infant care training & infant CPR. It was a full LONG day and regardless of the videos that may or may not have been traumatic to watch 😆 we are feeling a bit more prepared!
I’ve been shopping for accessories quite a bit more than usual. I picked up these bow sandals from Target & then this scalloped tote (under $20) is on super sale from H&M and has been my go to work bag recently! I also picked up these two tone sunnies from Ann Taylor last week – loving the square frames!
I had a gift certificate to G2O Spa and I was so excited when I was finally able to book a prenatal massage. If you know me, then you know how hard it is for me to relax, but I actually fell asleep! They also have a relaxation room where I spent a solid hour reading magazines on a lounger – it was perfect!
These are a couple of the books I have on my “To Be Read List”
When Life Gives you Lululemons – Lauren Weisberger who wrote Devil Wears Prada
All we ever wanted– Emily Giffin’s newest book
Playing with Matches – Being hailed as the best book of summer!
After the wedding Jackie & I coordinated Father’s Day weekend, I realized that I needed better shoes if I was going to be on my feet for long periods of time. I walk a lot every day and my feet have started to swell. My sister recommended getting these crocs – she swore by them for 2/3 of her pregnancies and I have to say, it’s like walking on a cloud! Why did I resist them for so long?! I wear them to and from work and sometimes I keep them on at work because of how comfortable they are!! I understand the Croc hype now!
The folks at Welch’s sent me a few bottles of their new sparkling non-alcoholic roséand I’m so excited to bring it to a few BBQ’s that I have in the next few weeks. I think I’ll be attempting to make a non-alcoholic frosé as well! You may remember my obsession with it last year!
I had no idea Welch's made a sparkling non-alcoholic rose! I can't wait to hear how it tastes…and how the frose turns out! That stripe dress and bow sandals are so cute on you! Those sandals are a great Target find! Happy Wednesday, Biana!

That sparking Rose is so sweet of Welch's to send you and I had no idea! LOVE your bow sandals and scalloped tote! Soak up this summer bliss sweet mama to be!
That was so sweet of Welch's! You definitely inspired me to try some frosé this past year and it really is as delicious as advertised. I'm sure the birthing classes give you a lot more than you ask for lol I would want to take one of those too before my first baby. Happy Summer 🙂

Let me know the non alcoholic frose is! So much fun stuff and swollen ankles are no fun! I had them with my first!
Yay for some non-alcoholic rosé, so refreshing for the summer! Loving those bow sandals, and lol at the before pic from birthing class. You've got this girlie! <3

Sounds like an eventful June! Hopefully they fix the issue soon! My friend had massive swollen ankles too during the end of pregnancy.

So jealous of your gorgeous weather and all those cute dresses you've been rocking! And brb, running to go download all of those books! I LOVE Lauren Weisberger and had no idea she had a new book out.
Those dresses!! You are glowing! Also, Yay for non-alcoholic rose 🙂
UGHHHH – I have those crocs – or HAD. I have ONE of them. I wear those when I do weddings & after a wedding, I tossed them in the back of my car & can only find ONE now. I have no idea what happened to the other one & I'm so mad because I LOVE those shoes!
How cute that Welch's makes non-alcoholic rose! Such a fun thing to have for a party or just to make you feel fancy while you're expecting!! I now have Boston on my weather app and the weather up there looks like it has been just perfect!
You look so cute in that striped dress and I LOVE your bow sandals.
OMG yes to the Crocs! I resisted so much, but my feet swelled so much during pregnancy, that they were the only shoes I could wear by the third trimester. And we had three pregnancy classes in one day too and it made for a very long day. We ended up passing on the labor and delivery class because we kind of knew that c-section was in the future for us at that point, so I'm glad that we missed out on all the graphic videos!
Love your bow sandals and that striped dress! Sorry that your feet are swollen but I'm glad that you found comfy shoes! 🙂 That non-alcoholic rosé sounds nice for summer too. 🙂
OK I'm going to NEED those bow slides in my life!! Obsessed!! Also, Emily's new book is #1 on my list right now and I can't wait to order it!
You’ve had such a fun and busy summer so far! Thanks for those book recs – adding a couple to my list.
Sounds like a great week! Birthing class videos sound scary! Those shoes look very comfortable!
Those crocs are so cute and look super comfortable! Hope you have a great weekend!
The lululemons book… let me know how it is!! So tempted because you know I love my lululemons!!! XOXO, R
Before I forget, here is a link to a blog post that will FIX your Blogger email problem (it worked for me!! I didn't write the post, another blogger did snapperone.blogspot.com/2018/06/email-problem-solved.html )……your cousins look sweet and oh I LOVE those crocs! I was just in the Crocs site the other day and didn't notice them. Thanks for sharing these! You just look amazing! xoxo

Target is killing it in the shoe department lately. Every time I think I got all the pairs I wanted, they add in even more cute ones. My feet were so swollen by the end of my pregnancy I had to wear pool flip flops the last month or so. In November/December. And even those dug in and left marks! So wear what makes you comfortable now!!! I have that Emily Giffin book downloaded, I need to get to it 🙂
Check out Andrea Nine's post today. I think she linked a fix to the blogger commenting issue!
I wish I knew about those shoes when I was pregnant, the struggle is SO real, but so glad you're getting some relief!
You look so stunning with your baby bump! So excited for you and Gary as the reality gets closer to the time! The non-alcoholic rose sounds delish. Welch's sent it just in time to make some refreshing froses your upcoming weekend BBQs. Emily @ Martinis & Bikinis
Your bump is sooo cute! That rose looks delicious!
I just added that Lululemons book to my wish list the other day! It sounds good! And did you see Andrea's post yesterday about how to fix the blogger comments? I tried it TWICE and it didn't work for me. For some reason I'm not getting the email that we're supposed to receive from Blogger to subscribe to the comments. This whole issue is driving me INSANE! I feel so in the dark not being able to respond. And I know that I could start a whole new email to each person to respond, but who has time for that?!
I love those sunglasses on you! You just are too darn cute! I just added Playing with Matches to my library request – the Lululemon on is already on there. I have only heard good things!
Looks like you've had a great month! Happy summer!

I absolutely love that dress on you; did you and your cousins plan the matching couple outfits? We didn't take any of the classes, but I think we should've. I think it would've mentally and emotionally prepare us for everything, but life happenings have been teaching us, lol. That was the perfect gift from Welches, so very you with the rosé! Thanks for sharing, beauty, and I hope you have a great weekend!
