Happy Monday friends! We had a pretty low key weekend – watching the latest season of the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon, going to a barre class and a little friend holiday date with Jackie. I wanted to share some of my favorites from the last month. I’ve really like highlighting how certain products I’m using have held up over the month!
IT Cosmetics Concealer || I have been using this concealer for the past month and I’m loving it. Much like other IT Cosmetics products, a little goes a long way. I’d say it’s more of a thicker consistency that smooth, but if you use a setting powder you don’t get any creasing! As you may know, we’ve been going through a bit of a sleep regression with Sophia so all the concealer is needed! When I tell someone that I’m only getting 4-5 hours of sleep (and not even at the same time) they are shocked because they say I don’t look tired! I attribute this 100% to the concealer! I wear the lightest shade so it does a good job of brightening!
L’oreal Nude Lip Balm || I’ve either used a chapstick or a lipstick, but this lip balm marries those two things perfectly! A hint of color and so much moisture for my lips, which is a must this time of year. I bought the shade “nourishing nude” and I’m a huge fan of how effortless it looks!
Holiday Cards || I got our holiday cards out at the end of November and this is definitely my favorite card to date!! BUT full disclosure, I seriously had a moment – likely because I’m always doing 20 things at once – and had a repeated word on the back of the card. I was mortified for about 1 minute, until my sister reminded me that this is the season of life I’m in – it’s a little messy and I’m going to make mistakes, but I’ll always look back on this card and smile with that little mistake!
Celebrating the first of many holidays || I recapped our Thanksgiving weekend, but it was definitely the highlight of the month! There are so many firsts this year and the first Thanksgiving is one we will always remember!
New Bag || I think this is my favorite bag of the year because of how different and versatile it’s been to use. I wear it to work daily and then out and about as well. It has so much storage space and I’m so impressed with the quality!
Hope you have a great start to the week friends!

I can see why this is your favorite card to date! What a special holiday card this year! I've been looking for new lip products — I love that this one is a mix of a chapstick and a lipstick. The perfect combo! Thanks for the recommendation, Biana!

The picture on your holiday card is adorable. What a beautiful family! I would not give the repeated word another thought. Holiday cards do not have to have professional production values in my book. Everyone will be looking at the picture, anyway! 🙂
Your Christmas card is the cutest!!! And your sister is right about the mistake on the back–no one will care! Love your bag, too!

We got your card the other day, and it's gorgeous! No worries about the back, just think about it this way – everyone hangs them up with the front facing out and the back covered up. We'll all see the beautiful family on the front, and love the advice from your sister <3

Love the color of that lip balm and that's such a cute Christmas card.

Oh sweet friend your card is precious and yes to the mom fog, we all have had it and this too shall pass until you're in your late 40's, lol! Love IT concealer! Happy Monday! xo
I LOVE the bye bye under eye!! Been using that for a few years now. Need to try the lip balm! Thanks for the rec!

I keep hearing about this concealer and really need to try it! And for sure: 'tis the season of life and you're rocking it!
I love your holiday cards! Full disclosure – I had a typo in ours last year, too, and I was mortified! I had an extra word, and I was so tempted to not send them. My sister, too, convinced me to send them anyway 😉 Also, I keep hearing good things about this concealer! This tired mama might have to give it a go! Happy Monday!
Great lip balm – and no one will fault or remember the doubled word from a sleep deprived new parent!
I absolutely LOVE your new bag. It's so pretty – I have zero need for a new one, but I might have looked at yours on the website for awhile…telling myself I don't need one. 🙂 I would be horrified by the card, too, but your sister put it in the best perspective! That's definitely the way to look at it and it will always make you smile now!
Ok I really love the new bag. And its a colour that goes with everything!
Hi Biana! Hope you don't mind, I joined your linkup, I just started blogging! I always love your beauty reviews, I'm definitely checking out the lip balm-sounds perfect for winter! And don't worry about the Christmas cards, your sister is a smart lady! Looking back down the road it will certainly make you smile. Have a great week! 🙂

Your card turned out so cute this year! And, I'm with you that the little mistake (that most people won't even notice) will be a fun memory to have later on. Definitely going to check out that concealer, and I'm so anxious to start watching the second season of Mrs. Maisel – I bet it's so good!
I love the Bye-Bye under-eye concealer. I have a huge tube and when it's gone (in 20 years. LOL) I want to try the illuminator version. Your sister is right about your card. It will forever be a memory and reminder of this time in your life. I guarantee you aren't the first to do that. HA! Have a great week. XO

I just started using the black tube of that concealer and I love it. Your sister is so wise and right. I love the card, such a great family photo!
I mentioned when you shared on Insta that you’re going through a sleep regression with Sofia that I just got out of one with Aviah, so I know how rough it is. If you ever have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! I’ve tried another IT concealer and have mixed feelings about it, I’d like to try the one you’ve mentioned here to see how it compares. I love that L’Oreal lip balm too, I have it in a peach color I wear mostly during the summer, but I’ll have to check out other shades. Lol, that happened to me too with the cards! I love your sister’s perspective, very true. Thanks for sharing, beautiful, and have a great week ahead!

The weekend sounds lovely!! Glad you got to relax a little!!! XOXO, R
Sounds like it was a lovely weekend. That concealer is ah-mazing!! I love it. I totally think it is one of the best on the market.
I love that you choose that photo for your holiday card!! Glad you had a relaxing weekend and any hand bag that works in many different ways is always a favorite in my book!

Your holiday card turned out beautifully. And I'm sure it just adds more character to it knowing you made that mistake. It's endearing!
Your card is so lovely – I am sure your friends and family will keep it as a keepsake for years to come (and I am sure they won't even notice any small errors – they will just be thinking what a delightful photo is on the cover). I love by the way how you balance the two religious traditions in your family – what a wonderful way for Sophia to grow up! J xx P.S. We need IT here – once upon a time my dark circles went with sleep, now they don't – I could do with a good concealer. Second fave? Do you rate Touche Eclat? I like it but it can give you a 'panda glow eye' unless used sparingly.
Your card is precious! And totally the stage of life – I feel like I can never think straight especially when you add in the craziness of the season too!
That concealer got me through many a sleep regression, too! And yes, it's a stage that will pass but I love that your sister said that because she is SO right!
I keep hearing about Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, I need to give it a try! Have a great day!

Seriously the BEST underage concealer — such a game changer for minimal sleep!
Yesss I knew you'd love that concealer — I swear by it, too! Especially for those momma under-eye bags! 😉 I love your perspective on your Christmas card. You'll look back on it and be glad that the repeated word was there, because it'll be a reminder of this season of life. xo
I am just impressed you got holiday cards out! Your sister is right. It is the season of life. I love that photo of you three. And I love all your looks lately. I like when you share your fashion. 🙂

I think I'm going to grab that concealer during the last day of the sale. That bag is gorgeous and yes girl tis the season. The mommy brain is for real.
That balm is seriously my favorite! And can you believe I still haven't tried the It concealer? I absolutely love It Cosmetics, yet somehow it's the one thing I still haven't tried. Eek. And your holiday card was SO cute! You are so on top of things girl, I slacked AGAIN and didn't do cards SMH. Maybe next year… lol
I need to try that concealer again. It creased bad on me even with setting powder. I tried it a long time ago though. Also, that tinted lip balm seems interesting! Holiday cards are alot of work and I'm sure most people won't even notice!
That is one of my FAVORITE lip products! My favorite shade is Rose Elixir, and it's really hard to find now so I stocked up and bought like five the last time I found them haha! xx
I love holiday cards and this family photo is so beautiful. such happy and blessed family.
