Happy Wednesday, friends. We are in full vacay mode and I am loving it! Now that we have started to venture out into the world little by little, I’m actually using purses again! Working as a wedding planner I have a full size tool kit of sorts for anything a bride / groom or anyone in the wedding might need, but for my own purse I never really had anything – but that’s not the case anymore! I found this little MZ Wallace cosmetic bag when I was doing some organizing and decided to add some emergency items I might need on the go.
The same way I have emergency things for Sophia, I figured it would make sense to keep things for myself.
- Claritin – my allergies have been terrible this year. so I need this with me
- Tylenol
- Visine
- Hand sanitizer – does anyone even go anywhere with out this in every bag now?
- Lysol To Go Spray – felt like I hit the lottery when I found this!
- Mini Tide To Go – I have a toddler that likes to wipes things ALL over me
- Bandaids
- Hairties
- Nail File & Nail Clippers
- Tampon
- Wisps
Pretty simple, but it certainly comes in handy. Do you keep an emergency stash of things in your purse?
Great idea! I need to get a little pouch to gather all of my things into because it's just all dumped in my purse haha!

I got little emergency kits for my bridesmaids and they all tell me they still use them for travel–it's such a great idea!! Enjoy your vacation gf!

What a great idea! This is about as perfect as it gets! Have a ball at the Cape!
I definitely keep a lot of the same things in my bag and car. I also have a heavy duty hand cream in mine because I was constantly washing my hands before this all went down…and well now I am pretty sure layers of my skin have shed lol. Love that bag too!!
Lysol to go spray?! Where oh where did you find that?! I need one! I bet they are impossible to find right now, too!
This is exactly like the one I have! I put tissues and a small lotion in mine as well.
This is GENIUS! I am going to try to make one today – thank you for the great idea!
This is so smart. I need to update my bag like this.
this is really smart!!! I need to do this myself!
This is great! So helpful, thank you for sharing, cute purse too xx

I live for these kits! Especially hand sanitizer, tylenol, and bandaids (I'm a total klutz). When I have them I tend not to need them, but if I ever forget them that's definitely going to be the day something happens!
Great idea! You have all the essentials.

I love this idea. Thank you.
I only keep essentials like keys, wallet, etc. but this is such a good idea! You're always prepared. 🙂
This is a great selection – and the answer is yes – more and more! Cotton buds area always great too – I put in eye drops esp durig pollen season the the buds are great for any eye tidy up afterwards!
Thanks for this value able post. I have read all the things very carefully its really a helpful and effective post. I will definitely bookmark your blog
Yes! Great ideas! I always carried hand sanitizer with me even before COVID.
What a cute little pouch! good idea to keep some emergency things in it 🙂 I don't carry around medication with my any more – although I used to before kids. Now with the kids it's always locked away in the medicine cabinet. Hand sanitiser is definitely a must-have though, we got one that clips onto the outside of our baby bag and it's so handy!
Hope that you are having a great weekend 🙂 We had our first birthday party yesterday after the relaxed restrictions and it was so much fun!

I have a pouch with some necessities but your list is making me think I should add a few more things. 🙂 One random emergency thing I keep is an extra set of contacts…just in case anything happens to mine I can switch them out!
Now that I don't carry a diaper bag anymore I really need to get organized! This is such a great starting point. I always carry Benadryl when would go out to eat just in case.
This is such a good idea! I used to carry an emergency kit when my daughter was younger but haven't in years! I need to find that Lysol to go spray!
