Happy Monday & Happy March, friends! I’ll be the broken record here and say how is it already March and not only that but how are we two weeks away from one year of working from home / pandemic life?! On the one hand I think there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I’m so looking forward to all my loved ones getting vaccinated! As I was looking through my camera roll for the month, I realized that we really had to get creative with the things we did in the extreme cold and snow this month!
I signed Sophia up for virtual ballet class and when her tutu came she wanted to wear it everywhere!
We did a lot of indoor activities – from painting to playing with Gary’s “old” cars from his childhood! This little stamp set from Melissa & Doug was a fun Valentine’s day gift.
I started using a new mascara that I can’t get enough of – air volume mascara from L’Oreal! I also mentioned on Instagram that I was going to be working with the Crowns bespoke jewelry for the next few months!! My code – BIANAP – gets you 10% all the time and 20% off on Sunday’s! They are constantly changing out their pieces since once items are gone they are done, hence the bespoke part of it!
I made smoothies pretty much 5 days a week this month and loved starting my morning with fresh fruit! I also picked up my weeknight dinners with some open faced hamburger peppers and lasagna roll ups!
We had a very low key Valentine’s Day with a trip to the zoo and of course a few cupcakes!
Celebrating Gary’s 40th was definitely the highlight of the month as was the night away at the Encore!
I have to say I am OVER the snow and ready for spring, but at least Sophia is now old enough to enjoy the winter activities.
The last weekend of the month we decided to go find some ducks and Sophia wanted to match with our headbands! Side note, not many ducks out in February when everything is frozen over!
How was the month for you?
Aww, I love seeing Sophia! Her wearing her tutu is too cute! Your eyelashes are so long! Your Valentines Day looks like so much fun! Celebrating Gary’s birthday looks like a blast! We had a mini snow day, but there was nothing that stuck! Everyone says that they are sick of the snow, and I am so jealous of it! I hope you have a wonderful start to your March!
February might have been cold and snowy- but it still looks like y’all had SO much fun!! 🙂 Sophia is absolutely adorable! And now… it’s our birthday month!! Woo-hoo!
I love your matching headbands!! That is so cute!! Virtual ballet class sounds so fun!! Sophia is so cute in her tutu!!
I love the matching headbands! That is too cute! Looks like you were definitely make the most of the cold weather! I haven’t been sledding in so long.

That little tutu!!!
Can you believe its coming up on a year????? We were just talking about that this morning. I really wonder when we’re going back. I can remember when we thought, it’ll be a week or two – WOW
Sophia looks darling in her tutu! I can’t believe how many things have moved online. It blows my mind that I’ve been working from home for almost a year. Here’s to the light at the end of the tunnel (just let me continue working from home, lol)!
Oh my goodness, Sophia in her little tutu!!!! Is there anything more precious? She is so dang sweet.
Aww — love that Sophia loves her tutu!! That’s my girl!! XOXO, R
Sophia is so cute with her tutu! We’re hoping to get together with family soon. We did have to get creative with in door things throughout the winter to keep these little ones occupied. What a great time celebrating Gary!

Loving that mascara, and how darling is Sophia in her tutu?! Sending some warmth your way and all the spring vibes <3

Do you have a recipe for the lasagna rolls ups that you like? I want to make them. Sophia’s tutu is sooo cute. I hope she loves virtual ballet. I can’t wait to get my girls back in it.
I bought that mascara last week after all the reviews, so I’m excited to try it out!
Awe, so many precious memories and photos from the month!

Sophia is so your mini me! I’m with you- totally over winter (and snow!) and ready for spring. I can’t believe we’ve been in quarantine for almost a year- it’s crazy when they sent us all home from work they said “we’ll be back in 2 weeks.” Yeahhhhh, not so much, ha.
