Happy Friday, friends! My week was full of doctor’s appointments both for myself and Sophia! All those yearly appointments just fell on the same week and it was busy, but I also got my first vaccine shot this week and it was a surreal experience. For one, I had not been around so many people at one time in over a year, but also you realize there is this light at the end of the tunnel and that’s exciting! I go back for my second shot at the end of the month and then after the two week wait, I’ll be fully vaccinated. Gary is a week ahead of me and my parents are fully vaccinated which is the best news! Anyway, let’s talk Sephora Spring Sale! It starts today for Rouge members (20% off), opens to VIB’s (15% off) on April 13th and Insider’s (10%) on the 15th. I purposely haven’t purchased much makeup over the last few months because I knew the sale was coming. It’s the best opportunity to stock up on favorites and try some new products out.
Charlotte Tilbury Cream Eye Shadow || I only have one of the creamy eye shadow and I will definitely be adding another color to my makeup collection.
Kaja Bento Trio || This looks like a fun bento trio of blush, highlighter & bronzer all in one great compact.
Dyson AirWrap Styler || This has been on my list for about a year now and a sale would be a great time to purchase. They are usually out of stock, but seems to be in stock for now!
Watermelon Body Cream || I really like all Watermelon Glow products, especially the smell and that they are certified clean beauty. With summer on the horizon, a good body cream is needed!
Glow Sunscreen || I used this every day last summer and into the fall and it’s a really great sunscreen to use underneath your makeup.
Matte Blush || I love a double duty product and I haven’t seen this one before, but was skimming the site when this came up. This looks like a different product because of the added brush on the other end.
Light Blue Travel Spray || I have not used D&G Light Blue in years, but it always takes me back to summertime! I have such a fondness for the smell and I think I’m going to need to reprieve this perfume this year!
KVD Foundation Balm || If you have watched any makeup videos recently, this has been all over them. So much so, it’s practically impossible to find in stock. I’ve heard mixed reviews, but the majority of people really love the buildable college. I love a matte finish lightweight foundation so I’m hoping to give this a try.
Fenty Lip Gloss Duo || None of my lists are complete without at least one lip gloss on them! I love a good mini product and have heard rave reviews for Fenty lip gloss, so I really want to try it!

Mr. Nine is one week ahead of me , got his 2nd this week and was just a little tired. I get my 2nd Thursday. My parents are fully vaccinated as well. Yay! And yay to the Sephora sale. I got a gift card for my birthday so it’s a must that I shop it, lol.

That is SO great about your vaccine! Chris and I are going next Saturday (4/17) to get our second shot. I will definitely feel a lot less nervous about things after that. I am going to browse Sephora and see what they have. I have few makeup items on my wish list but that is kind of it. I have always been curious about Fenty makeup and I may try it too. I walked by Sephora the other day with a friend who loves make up & I said, I’ve never been in there – she said, “You’re a lot richer for it” – LOL
I need to check out that Glow Sunscreen. Right now I’m using a Target brand of daily sunscreen, but I still feel like it makes my face a little greasy.
I love the watermelon line, everything is so fabulous! CT eyeshadow creams are my number 1 go to! I want a lighter color for spring/summer/
Watermelon body cream? Sign me up. I am adding it to my list. Sadly, I am only a VIB so I have to wait. I have a few things on my list too! I sooo want the Dyson air wrap, but the price, ugh.
Glow is LIFE. I don’t know what I will do if they ever stop making it!! I need to try the CT cream shadow next!
I have been DYING to try Glow Recipe! My Sephora sucks. It’s such a tiny hole in the wall inside Penney’s. They never have anything. That’s why I always end up at Ulta. But they don’t ever have awesome stuff like Sol De Janeiro and Glow Recipe or anything Charlotte Tilbury. I end up buying it online and waiting for the slow mail man haha!
I didn’t buy as much from Sephora last year so I have to wait for Insiders to shop the sale. Definitely checking out the Glow Screen is on my list. I haven’t really worn fragrance the past year and love that little travel size of Light Blue!
