Happy Monday, friends! Hope the weekend treated you well. We keep trying to do as many things as possible outside when the weather is nice because you never know when we’ll get smacked with another dose of cold weather like we did on Sunday! We are also consumed by all things new house, which we are trying not to fill up from the onset, but we’re going into more space and rooms that we don’t have furniture for, so I thought it would be fun to play a little game of this or that – home edition. We’re between a few things and hopefully you’ll be able to help sway us one way or another!
Kitchen Chairs || We are going with a pretty standard expandable table. I’m anticipating a lot of time being spent here so I want to have comfortable chairs, but also pretty durable since things will inevitably be dropped on them.
The one on the left, comes in a set of 4 and looks really easy to clean, but i’m not crazy about the darker wood color. The one on the right has lighter legs which I like, but the only come in a set of 2. I’m also a little worried that I’ll constantly be cleaning the chairs, but I guess that’s where Folex comes into play!
New Bed Frame || I think I’m most excited for this purchased because we are finally going to upgrade to a king size bed.
We’re between these two and loving the extra storage for sheets each one provides. I love the higher headboard the one on the left has, but I like the color of the one on the right more.
Frame TV || The one thing I really wanted for our living room was a Frame TV. I just love the clean look and how it really looks like a piece of art hanging on your wall. Just curious what actual frame color to go with? It comes in Black, Beige, Brown & White – we’re leaning towards beige or white. You can also go the third party route and have an actual art frame created, but that might be something we do down the road.
Outdoor Furniture || Not only do we have a front & backyard now – but we also have a really great deck area. Coming from literally no outdoor space at all, we’re pretty excited! I’m so looking forward to eating meals outside this summer and that’s why I’m having a hard time with the type of outdoor furniture to get. Do we go for something that is more relaxed and has a shorter table or go all out?
I’m ready for all your opinions!! Let me know what you think!
So much fun decorating a new house! OK, this was actually really easy for me and Iām very picky about decor but my options would be everything on the right. I was laughing as I was scrolling down your post going on the right, on the right, on the right, LOL
So exciting that the move is getting so close! For kitchen chairs I think I like the one on the left, for the bed frame I think I prefer the one on the right, we actually have our eye on the beige frame TV, and for outdoor furniture I LOVE #3. You really can’t go wrong with any of the options though!!

This is so fun! I like the lighter chairs and fabric too. Now I need to know what Folex is because if it’s some sort of cleaner I need to check it out. I like both bed options but I think the lighter one best. You can’t go wrong with either frame. So for the outdoor furniture, this is just personal preference, but we had a sectional type setup before and ended up hating it. It would separate when you would sit on it and it was kind of awkward to talk to with people if they were sitting on the other side. A bench and additional chairs ended up working out much better for us.
I love the look of the fabric chairs more, but they seem impractical to me at a kitchen table. Though, with it being a shade of gray and not white or beige…it might not be too bad? We got beautiful outdoor furniture last year with a beige fabric and I WISH so much that we would have gone with something darker like gray or navy. We had a bird land on our deck with dirty feet and stained almost every cushion out there! Plus, the pollen now has stained it all again. I love the idea of a frame TV. I don’t really think you can go wrong with any of the options, though I think I would prefer beige in my own home. It is so exciting picking out stuff for a new home!!! I cant wait to see how you pull it all together.
I love this post, Biana! How much fun to be picking out things for your NEW home!!! My first reaction to everything were all the options on the right. š
I agree 100% with what Andrea said haha. Love all of that outdoor furniture and those bed frames!! Whatever you end up getting will look great too! XO,Caroline
this is such a FUN time! Chairs– whatever is easiest to clean! Love the bed that’s more neutral (and higher) backed– you can bring in color with accessories/paint, so go more neutral. And outdoor patio (WOOO!!), the set with the higher back. We have the middle set and the back is SO low (and we aren’t tall!) and it still doesn’t allow for “leaning back”. The back of the chair hits below the bra line if that makes sense– not high at all! Hope that helps!!
I love the chair on the right, headboard on the left, TV frame on the right, and patio set on the right! Go all out and get the full table for the patio set… you won’t regret it! We use our outdoor table ALL THE TIME. It has become an extension of our kitchen! This post was so fun! I can’t wait to see what y’all choose.
I like the chair on the right – I think it looks nicer with the more rounded edges.
I like both beds
I like the frame on the left – I think the extra color around the edges looks nice.
& outdoor furniture- ANY OF IT – give me all the outdoor furniture š
So exciting to decorate
We’re also shopping for new deck furniture right now, so I understand your struggle! I don’t think you can go wrong with either bed choice – how nice that they both have extra storage!

So exciting and yay for lots of outdoor space – total game changer! Same with upgrading to a king size bed, best decision ever! My votes are for the chair on the right, the headboard on the right, and the pop of color of the outdoor set in the middle. Very fun!

Chair right, Headboard Right, Left Frame, and #3 for the outdoor furniture. I love this post. So fun to participate.
Everything on the right, haha! I love all things home decor lately. It’s so much fun to see a space slowly come together. I can’t wait to see everything you do with the new house!
