Happy Monday, friends! I am so excited to share Mason’s newborn photos we had taken when he was 9 days old! Looking back on these it’s really crazy just how much he has grown and changed already! When we took newborn photos with Sophia, I loved having them done at our house. That was the exact approach we took this time and Julie, who also took our maternity photos came over to our house.
Taking pictures with a toddler and newborn – woof – I think it could be considered an olympic sport. There was a lot of bribing, begging and lots of snacks! Surprisingly, Mason was pretty alert for a lot of the photos and the most precious ones are without a doubt the photos of Sophia and him together.
Before Julie came over, I sent her a few inspiration photos because I get really flustered in the moment and wanted to make sure we got all the main ideas that I had.
I have the same photo holding Sophia in my hands and it is one of my absolute favorites! I also wear my Mint & Lily ring all the time with both of their names!
Since I am not planning on doing a full room tour, I thought i would share some of the nursery photos here as well.
I have been patiently waiting to print and hang photos because I definitely wanted to make sure everyone was included in them!! If I could wallpaper my house with the photo of the two of them in our room, I would do that!! I am so happy that we were able to have these done and will cherish them being this little forever!

I usually have them printed for frames at shutterfly and then this time I am giong to use Mixtiles.

These are all so beautiful. You are going to treasure them so much! I still have a picture of Jacob and Olivia from Olivia’s newborn shoot as my computer background all these years later.
