Happy Monday, friends! We celebrated Mason’s first birthday over the weekend with a few friends and family – it was just perfect. The weather could have been better, but it was a smaller crowd so it was nice at home. It was much more low key than Sophia’s first birthday, but it didn’t stop me from adding some details in for the birthday boy!
Let’s start with all the little details! I ordered all the party supplies from Amazon, the cake was actually made by my sister’s neighbor who is incredibly talented and Mason’s little shirt is from an Etsy store!
Balloon Garland || Milestone Sign
We haven’t had Mason’s check up in a while, so the weight and height are purely estimates, but close π I’ve been doing my own garlands for a few birthday’s now and it’s an hour or so of work getting everything together, but you can’t beat the price!
Mason on the move in his “wild one” t-shirt!
Cutest cake for my little man and the cake pops were the biggest hit! I actually think cake pops will be the way I go for birthday’s to come and do an even smaller cake just for blowing out candles.
And the reality of taking a family photo is evidenced below! I also take as many photos before people show up so that way I can focus on guests and not trying to take pictures with my family!
Phew – I need another day to relax!
Can you come plan all of my parties for me?! π Adorable photos and such a cute execution of the theme!
HAHA!! The balloon in the face! Oh Sophia!! Happy birthday, Mason!!!! Looks like a WILD party π XOXO, R
