Happy Monday, friends! I have been struggling to find the motivation to come to the blog and create content and just share things like I did before. Most people “follow” me on Instagram or TikTok & I share a lot of the day to day there, so the weekend recaps don’t happen anymore and sadly we don’t do that much on the weekends because “kids” and “winter” and hopefully that will change soon as the weather starts to get better so that we can get outside more and I can go back to sharing all the things we love to do around here. We do have a little short getaway planned in March and I’m hoping a couple more trips this year as well – all relatively local, but still fun!
I also feel like I’m really missing having the in person interaction with friends – I miss having brunches, lunches or even shopping trips together so I am trying to organize a few “mom” days with some friends in the next few months! Even one afternoon a month with friends I know will be good for the soul!
Anyway, I have spring on the brain and have been doing a little shopping!
H&M was having 20% off for in app purchases and I took advantage ordering a few things. This pink eyelet top, paired with these slim mom jeans that are way out of my comfort zone look like a cute pairing. This ribbed top is a perfect transition piece that works well for a chic look, at least I thought so. I also scooped up these cute pull on cargo pants for Sophia and you can’t go wrong with their $5 dresses! I definitely didn’t need another bag, but this straw one from Target was so cute and it comes in pink & green as well.
I had to go into the office last week and stopped into Sephora on the way home – dangerous for my wallet! I picked up this Touchland sanitizer that is absolutely all the rage on TikTok. Picked up the Dae signature shampoo & conditioner in a set and I love it! The scent is amazing. I am trying out a new misting leave in conditioner and of course love the butter gloss set that I got!

Going into Sephora is always dangerous for me. I always buy more than I intend to. You got some good stuff though. I miss interacting in person, lunches and things like that too.

I haven’t had as much in person interaction lately either. I feel like every time I set up a lunch date with someone…something happens and one of us has to cancel. I love Dae products. Most of Zoe’s summer wardrobe consists of those H&M dresses!
Going into beauty stores for me is like passing by anything else I see on the street because I’m not that interested in beauty products. I went to H&M on Sunday and bought some discounted sweaters.
