Happy Monday, friends! Before getting into today’s post, I wanted to mention the heavy end of the week I am sure we all felt. You may know that I was born in the Ukraine and we were fortunate enough to immigrate to America before I turned two. While I don’t remember anything about that time, I do know that my parents made a very difficult decision to uproot their entire lives because of the opportunity they were given to come to the U.S. We don’t have any family left in the Ukraine, but my parents do have some very close family friends, so we have been heartbroken on so many levels. I am grateful that all of my family is here and not in the Ukraine, but I am devastated for all of the people that are scared and may feel alone. My heart is with the people of Ukraine. A segue into anything seems frivolous, but we are all doing the best we can…
As per usual, it was a heavy Amazon month for us, so much so that I am piecing it out into categories again! Lots of home, kids and fashion. Hope you enjoy!
HOME
Handheld Vacuum || It’s amazing that I now own three different vacuums…what is this adult life? I got this one for the playroom and to keep on the third floor so we don’t have to go back and forth if there’s a mess. Works really well and easy to clean out.
Silicone Baking Mat || I was getting pretty tired of dirtying up all our baking sheets, so ordering these baking mats is making clean up much easier!
Lemon / Lime Squeezer || Truth be told, the color of this squeezer is what sold me! It also comes in three other colors! I was surprised when I realized we didn’t have one in the kitchen, so quickly ordered and it’s under $10!
Packing Cubes || Since I am now packing for the kids plus myself, I added some more packing cubes to my set. Still deciding on the best way to edit down everything I want / need to bring.
Disposal Cleaner || Probably should be cleaning the disposal more than we are, so I ordered these to make it easier!
10 Inch Ring Light || I have a bigger ring light stand but this one is perfect for tables and filming makeup tutorials or reels. I have been doing more TikTok’s so love it for those as well. It has three different light settings and a remote to wirelessly connect. It’s decent for under $20!
KIDS
Soothing Teeth Gel || I fear we may be in the teething stage and little guy is a tad uncomfortable! I used something similar for Sophia and hoping it works for Mason as well.
Kids Chopsticks || Sophia is loving sushi just like her mama, so I bought her some chopsticks to practice with and she is getting so good! Bonus she asks to use them with just about everything she eats
Electric Toothbrush Set || We were struggling with brushing teeth, but this little set has made quite the change. I love that it has a sand timer and a little cup. This is creating a great habit for Sophia.
Elderberry Immune Support || Added this to the daily vitamins I give Sophia. I take an elderberry vitamin so I wanted to make sure she was getting it as well. I also reordered her multivitamin which is also by Zarbee’s.
Silicone Baby Led Feeding Spoons || It’s almost that time to start feeding Mason some baby cereal, so I ordered these spoons that he can also chew on and grab on his own. This is one of my favorite milestones – its so cute to watch baby’s eat for the first time.
Baby Sun Hat || A purchase for summer and also for our upcoming beach vacay. It’s adorable and has SPF 50 protection. I did get a few bathing suits for Mason as well including this one piece zip up and I cant even wait to see him in it!
Carter’s Bathing Suit || This is our third bathing suit from Simple Joys by Carter’s for Amazon and they are the best! Love all the designs and they are so affordable!
Kids Headphones || A must have purchase for our travels. No need to subject everyone to the sounds of kids cartoons! Also, she got a kick out of having her own pair of headphones that are comfy as she liked to say!
FASHION
Utility Shorts || So nice I bought them twice!! I have these in black and loved the fit so much that I bought the olive pair! If you are looking for flattering and not tight in the legs shorts that don’t ride up – these are them!
Jumpsuit || I mainly bought this for our trip to the Bahamas to have something semi dressy to wear, that was also very light and nursing friendly! Checks all the boxes and the belt is removable, so you could throw a fun colored one on as well.
Square toed heel sandal || I love the studs and the neutral color of these. I think they will match everything from the jumpsuit above to dressing up a more casual outfit. I ordered TTS and I will say it’s a higher heel but comfy.
Front Cross Bathing Suit || If you are on the hunt for a flattering yet sexy one piece bathing suit, this is the one!! I absolutely love the fit, love how I feel in it and love how many different colorways it comes in. Must buy for warmer weather!

Love everything here, so practical! I recently discovered the Amazon basics towels. I bought the washcloths because ours always disappear and get ruined from my make up. I bought a pack of 24 and now I feel like a hotel with an endless supply! Super soft too!

Yes, it’s been pretty heavy with what is happening in the world. It’s such a hard thing to witness. My heart breaks for all the devastation. We have the lime squeezer and it’s such a nifty tool! I used to squeeze lemon by hand and yeah, never again! My son has a pair of chopsticks too. But he also plays around with his. I need to get him a new one. Will check this one out on your list. I hope that all your family friends in Ukraine stay safe. Such scary times. I used my lime squeezer for lemons yesterday and it just wasn’t big enough. I need to look at this one to see if it is bigger than the lime one I have lol. What a problem, right? I remember the struggle with brushing the teeth. We definitely went through that phase, but it was short lived. Fun toothbrushes and a toothpaste that they like help a lot. I used to start singing a silly song I made up while we brushed her teeth and I think that is what finally started to make a change. We are about 2 years removed from that phase, and Zoe still asks me to sing it sometimes.
So many good finds! I need to get that disposal cleaner and ring light!
